This one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pendant consists of a paper collage sealed with a clear glaze, strengthened by a painted and glazed wooden base. The pendant is 1 3/8 inches (3.5 cm) wide by almost 1 inch (2.5 cm) tall, not including the gold-colored bail.

Detail of the main part of the pendant. The halo is made from a found rusty washer, flush set with black and white cubic zirconia in a random pattern.

The rest of the construction is silver and features a very fine quality moonstone hanging from beneath the body.

The chain is a mixture of antique watch chain, modern commercial chain and hand-made links.

Medusa Ring (2009. IT) Ring 143.13

This ring was inspired by Medusa the beautiful woman who turned men to stone if they looked at her. She had snakes on her head otherwice she looked very attractive but she was evil. Finally Perseus menaged to kill her using a mirror shield to keep his eye on her instead of looking directly into the face. He cut her head off and used it as an armour as it still had the lethal power. Later he gave the head to Athena who fixed it on her shield. I find the story very impressive and symbolic.
The head of Medusa was often used in the ancient word on doors to keep away the evil.

In Italian and in Hungarian and probably in many other languages jellyfish is called "medusa". Probably because the look and the paralizing touch of it. I did not follow the traditional Medusa representations in my ring, it reather features a jellyfish.

It was a special design for takeing bikini girl at a studio to build the beautuiful water flow and spill effect, we invited the sweet Sweet baby 晴晴, she is young and full of energy , she is not only pretty face but also great body , when she dressed the beautiful bikini inside the spill and flow down the water , it was very hard model work , but she did her best , so charming and gorgeous , fantastic present , thank 晴晴, she was great

Day #318 – 6/21/08 – The kind of day I love.

I had a very nice day. I love low pressure days!

Val let me sleep in and woke me up at around ten or eleven when she had go to to work. Then I met up with Heather and Doug for lunch at Panera Bread because I still had not gotten my broccoli cheese soup. I did and it was excellent.

Then we did some shopping, I bought the outfit I’m wearing in this photo. (they’re actually little black shorts! but they ride up and look like undies) and another tshirt and a gold bikini top. (photos soon!)

Then I met up with some family and went to dinner at an uncle’s house.

Afterwards Val and I met up with Heather and a guy from her work. We got some coffee and ended up missing the second showing at the drive in and had to wait for the third one. We went over to the pier in Imperial Beach and hung out there for a while. You gotta love San Diego, it was so unbearably ho
